About Us

Former employees of CSX Transportation (all unions) with Medicare are qualified. Family of current or formerly covered members are eligible for membership as long as they have Medicare (i.e., spouse, widow(er), divorcee (who has not remarried), a dependent child, and employees of the former C&O Hospitals in Clifton Forge, VA and Huntington, WV.

The Year 2022 is the C and O Employees’ Hospital Association’s 125^th anniversary. We strive to give you the highest quality customer service. The members who support the C and O Employees’ Hospital Association ("COEHA") and the dedicated staff of professionals who administer the benefits keep this Organization operating efficiently.
